Doctor Markus' psychiatric hospital is on the banks of Lake Balaton, in Hungary. As every month, he begins his sexual reeducation sessions with a new group. Rapidly, these sessions begin to turn into a nightmare, with serial murders committed, as it would seem, by a dangerous psychopath who attacks certain patients.
