We’re a small, collector-driven team working hard every day to list and stock exciting new titles on the site, restock the shelves with fan favorites, and get your movies out the door as quickly as possible—always packed in our secure, collector-friendly packaging to keep them safe and shelf-worthy.
We do our best to respond to all messages within 48 business hours, but we also monitor email daily for urgent matters. If your question is time-sensitive (and not related to shipping timelines), we’ll prioritize a reply as soon as we can.
Wondering when your order will ship?
- • Please check the product page first—release dates and any known delays are always listed there.
- • To keep things running smoothly, we generally don’t reply to emails asking about shipping timelines unless you’ve already checked the product page and still have questions.
- • Tracking info will be sent automatically as soon as your order is packed and ready to ship.
- • If your order contains multiple pre-order titles, it will ship once all items are in stock.
- • Pre-order payments are collected at the time of purchase to secure your copy right away.
