Written by David Goyer (The Dark Knight), produced by genre legend Charles (Trancers) Band and directed by Albert Pyun (Cyborg, Captain America), Arcade is a surprisingly prescient warning against the dangers of computer tech, complete with quality early-1990s digital effects.
